Tracy Pennycuick is the Gun Owners’ Choice Candidate for Senate District 24

I am proud to once again endorse Senator Tracy Pennycuick for re-election to the Pennsylvania State Senate in the 24th District.

Since she first entered public service, Tracy has proven herself to be a fierce, no-compromise defender of our God-given rights. Whether serving in the State House or now in the State Senate, Tracy Pennycuick has never wavered in her commitment to protect your Article I, Section 21 rights.

As a U.S. Army combat veteran who served our country for 26 years, Tracy knows exactly what it means to defend liberty. She has brought that same fighting spirit to Harrisburg.

Tracy has maintained a flawless, 100% pro-gun voting record throughout her entire legislative career. But she doesn’t just vote the right way—she takes action. In the State Senate, Tracy has co-sponsored every single one of GOA’s priority bills, fighting tirelessly to expand your freedoms and roll back unconstitutional restrictions on law-abiding gun owners.

Unfortunately, her Democrat opponent wants to take Pennsylvania in a very dangerous direction.

Tracy’s opponent has openly supported passing “common sense” gun control legislation. We all know exactly what that means: more gun control and less freedom for law-abiding citizens. It is the same tyrannical playbook designed to disarm you while doing absolutely nothing to stop criminals.

And the stakes in this race could not be higher.

The far-left Senate Democratic Campaign Committee (SDCC) is heavily targeting this senate seat, pouring in cash to defeat Senator Pennycuick and shift PA Senate power to the gun prohibitionists in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

Make no mistake: if we lose just two senate seats, Pennsylvania will become the next Virginia. The floodgates will open for radical, anti-gun legislation, and our constitutional rights will be stripped away overnight.

We cannot let that happen. We must maintain our pro-gun Senate majority, and that starts by reelecting Senator Pennycuick.
