Scott Timko is the Gun Owners’ Choice Candidate for HD 12

I am proud to endorse Scott Timko for State Representative in Pennsylvania’s 12th House District.

With the retirement of State Representative Stephenie Scialabba, this open seat is a critical battleground for Pennsylvania gun owners. We must be highly vigilant. Anti-gun Democrats are desperately eyeing this seat to expand their control of the legislature and ensure that tyrannical gun control sails through the PA House.

In fact, Scott’s opponent is endorsed by Michael Bloomberg’s gun control front organization, Moms Demand Action. We cannot afford to let a gun-grabbing puppet slip into this crucial seat.

The good news is that we have a true, battle-tested champion ready to stand in the gap: Scott Timko.

Scott is a retired U.S. Air Force Captain and combat veteran who flew missions during the Gulf War, Bosnia, and Rwanda. He is also an active commercial airline captain and a local small business owner who has lived in Western Pennsylvania his entire life. Scott doesn’t just talk about leadership—he has lived it.

Most importantly, Scott is a fierce, no-compromise defender of the right to keep and bear arms. He earned a perfect 100% score on his GOA candidate survey, demonstrating that he will stand firm against any assault on our liberties.

Scott understands that Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution is absolute: the right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned. He won’t be a squish when the political pressure mounts in Harrisburg.
