In the upcoming November 3rd general election, York County gun owners have a historic opportunity to clean house and replace a staunchly anti-gun incumbent with a true Second Amendment champion.

Jasmine’s opponent, incumbent Carol Hill-Evans, is absolutely no friend to gun owners. Hill-Evans has earned a dismal “F-” grade from Gun Owners of America for consistently turning her back on your constitutional rights.

Right now, a narrow, anti-gun majority controls the PA House by the slimmest of margins. That means just one single win can break the anti-gun stranglehold in Harrisburg.

Jasmine is not a career politician—she is a grassroots leader who has been an active part of the York community for over 30 years. As a single mother who raised three children, a self-taught auto mechanic, and a local small business owner running her own auto repair shop for the last 12 years, Jasmine knows the value of hard work, grit, and self-reliance.

She also served her community directly as a York County 911 dispatcher. Jasmine understands firsthand that when seconds count, help is often minutes away, and law-abiding citizens must have the unobstructed right to defend themselves and their families.

Jasmine Rivera will not be a squish when she gets to Harrisburg. She earned a perfect 100% score on her GOA candidate survey, demonstrating a fierce, no-compromise commitment to defending our God-given rights. She understands that Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution means exactly what it says: our right to keep and bear arms shall not be questioned.
