I am delighted to endorse Dave Nissley for State Representative in PA House District 100.

In the 2021-2022 session, Republican leadership in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives was the number one obstacle to getting pro-gun legislation passed and that’s why we must elect Dave Nissley to replace Rep. Bryan Cutler.

Here is a list of how Bryan Cutler has failed to back your God-given rights:

• Refused to “Speakerize” GOA-backed Constitutional Carry legislation. The only reason Constitutional Carry passed was because of GOA members and supporters, like you, pressuring Cutler to do so.
• In 2018, Cutler voted for HB 2060, an anti-gun bill that became law. HB 2060 expanded the loss of gun rights by “mandating” the relinquishment of ALL firearms, other weapons, and all ammunition when a “permanent” protection from abuse (PFA) order is issued “WITHIN” 24 hours or face prosecution.
• In 2022, Cutler refused to place Shapiro’s Attorney General office under investigation over the alleged manufacture and transfer of an un-serialized weapon for a New York resident in violation of both state and federal laws that were part of an NBC News hit piece about “Ghost Guns.”

If that wasn’t bad enough, Bryan Cutler recently endorsed anti-gun State Representative Craig Williams for Attorney General of Pennsylvania. Williams voted for Universal Background Check Gun Registration, yet Cutler gave him his “strongest endorsement.”

I don’t know about you, but I’m sick and tired of the RINO establishment pretending to be for us. Gun owners need to clean house by sending Bryan Cutler home and electing a true representative who will actively work to advance our constitutionally-protected rights.

The good news is that GOA-endorsed Dave Nissley is that candidate. Dave won’t be a squish when it comes to your Second Amendment rights. Dave gave GOA a 100% pro-gun candidate survey. I interviewed him and he’s absolutely furious over Speaker Cutler’s ambivalence toward your Second Amendment rights. He’s passionate about being a Second Amendment champion, unlike Bryan Cutler.

I believe the Constitution is written to protect our God-given rights from the “state” and in this context, the 2nd Amendment was clearly written to reinforce our rights and responsibilities to defend ourselves and each other’s Life, Liberty, and Property. As a legislator, I will never betray our God-given rights or the Constitution.

For all of these reasons, GOA is endorsing Dave Nissley for State Representative in Pennsylvania’s 100th house district.

So, in the April 23rd Republican primary, vote for Dave Nissley and be sure to support his campaign.
