Tom Jones is the Gun Owners’ Choice Candidate for SD 36

I am proud to endorse Tom Jones for State Senate in Pennsylvania’s 36th District.

In this critical primary election, gun owners in Lancaster County have a clear choice: a proven, battle-tested leader who has already stood in the gap for our freedoms, or an unknown and untested primary opponent.

The choice is simple. That candidate is GOA-endorsed Tom Jones.

Tom is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, a successful business owner, and a dedicated community leader. He isn’t some career politician looking for a promotion; he’s a neighbor who understands our values because he lives them every single day.

But more importantly for gun owners, Tom Jones is a proven defender of the right to keep and bear arms. As a seated State Representative, Tom has maintained a perfect, 100% pro-gun voting record. He didn’t just talk the talk on the campaign trail—he walked the walk in Harrisburg.

Tom also earned a perfect 100% score on his 2026 GOA candidate survey. He understands that Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution isn’t a suggestion—it’s a command.

The stakes in this election couldn’t be higher. Tom’s general election opponent, Democrat incumbent James Malone, is a direct threat to your liberties. Malone has supported a laundry list of tyrannical gun control measures on his candidate survey, including mandatory waiting periods, magazine restrictions, universal registration checks, and even “Red Flag” gun confiscation orders.

We cannot afford to let a gun-grabber like Malone continue to represent the 36th District. We need a Senator who knows that “shall not be questioned” means exactly what it says.

The Pennsylvania Constitution says that the right to bear arms shall not be questioned, and our current laws infringe upon that right. I have consistently voted against legislation that would infringe upon law-abiding citizen’s 2A rights. [Our right to keep and bear arms protects] your God-given right to self-defense, defense of your family, defense of your property, defense of your community, State and Nation.

Friend, don’t leave this primary election up to chance. We need to elect the strongest pro-2A candidate to defeat James Malone and Tom Jones is that candidate.
