James Julius is the Gun Owners’ Choice Candidate for HD 45

I am delighted to once again endorse James Julius for State Representative in PA House District 45.

Current State Representative Anita Kulik is retiring, leaving an open seat in the district. Now more than ever, it’s important for gun owners to elect a solid, pro-Second Amendment leader and James Julius is that person!

The stakes couldn’t be higher, since the PA House is only one vote away from restoring a pro-gun majority. The anti-gun Democrats are foaming at the mouth to maintain control of this seat to continue pushing Bloomberg’s anti-freedom agenda.

The good news is that GOA-endorsed candidate James Julius won’t sell out gun owners and will guard your constitutionally protected rights. He scored a perfect, 100% on GOA’s 2026 candidate survey, which means he’ll be committed to advancing pro-gun legislation and stopping Michael Bloomberg’s assault on our God-given rights.

Not only that, but I met with James Julius and can vouch for his commitment to defend our Article 1, Section 21 rights.
