Dave Nissley is the Gun Owners’ Choice Candidate for House District 100

I am proud to once again endorse Dave Nissley for State Representative in Pennsylvania’s 100th House District.

With the retirement of former Speaker Bryan Cutler, this district finally has an open seat—and gun owners now have a real opportunity to elect a proven, principled candidate to replace him.

The good news is that candidate is GOA-endorsed Dave Nissley.

Dave is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, born and raised in Gap, PA. For more than 30 years, he has served local families and businesses, and since 1992 he and his wife have owned and operated Vintage Landscaping. Dave understands this community because he’s lived it his entire life.

In 2024, Dave Nissley came within just 667 votes of defeating Bryan Cutler. He ran an outstanding campaign—one that applied enough pressure to force Cutler out of House Republican leadership and ultimately into retirement.

Dave Nissley will not be a squish when it comes to your Article I, Section 21 rights. Dave earned a perfect 100% score on the GOA candidate survey, and after personally interviewing him, I can say without hesitation that he stands firmly with gun owners and will defend our constitutionally protected freedoms.

In Dave’s own words, here is what the Second Amendment means to him:

I believe the Constitution is written to protect our God-given rights from the “state” and in this context, the 2nd Amendment was clearly written to reinforce our rights and responsibilities to defend ourselves and each other’s Life, Liberty, and Property. As a legislator, I will never betray our God-given rights or the Constitution.

It is also worth noting that Dave’s primary opponent has still not completed the GOA candidate survey as of the date of this endorsement, nor has she reached out to GOA to seek our support.
