Erie City Council’s Gun Ban Defeated!

Yesterday morning, Erie City Council’s proposed gun ban was DEFEATED with the help of GOA members who sent emails, made phone calls, and provided testimony.

This is a significant victory for PA gun owners, as the passage of this ordinance would have outright BANNED the manufacture of homemade firearms and added prohibitions to the use of 3D printers.

Erie’s city council was split 3-3 in their decision, meaning that the ordinance failed to advance. Councilmember Ed Brzezinski remarked on the dozens of emails and calls he and other council members had received on the issue.

Yesterday’s win for PA gun owners’ rides on the backs of those who stood up and made their voices heard.

This is your victory!
