GOA Pennsylvania Director, Dr. Val Finnell, traveled to Marshall County, Kentucky to deliver testimony in support of GOA’s Second Amendment Sanctuary Ordinance (SASO). Similar testimony was also given before Pennsylvania counties and municipalities.
